Jax, did you ever find anything on High Rock Tower in Lynn? if you go to Google and search for "High Rock Tower" you will find several pages worth of citations - many leading to City of Lynn websites...(there are other High Rock Towers listed there too, one in Pa. and one in Foxborough, Mass.)... the building turns 100 Dec. 2006 and is now used as an observatory, by appointment w/the city I believe.
